Pha Keb Tawan or sun cliff is one part of Thap Lan National Park. This park is located in the joint border of Nakhon Ratchasima in norteast region and Pranchin Buri in central region. It covers an area of 2,235.80 sq.km. The highest peak is at the height of 992 m. above sea level. Its area is comprised of continuous mountain ranges with naturally created valleys, chasms and waterfalls. Moreover it is the source of major rivers in surrounding area. The nature enrichment of this park makes Keb Tawan cliff has beautiful scene with greenever trees and fresh cool weather. Most interesting activities for travelers are :

Nature trail study, travelers can walk from bottom to top of cliff with exotic natures to learn and get relaxing on the way.

Reforestation, it is an interesting activity to recover the forest. The cliff offers wild tree seeds and wooden bow for shooting to the below and planting new forest.  

Camping, travelers can stay overnight on the cliff to watch the morning sun which is the most popular activity.

Sunshine Scene :
Most of travelers visit Keb Tawan cliff in winter season from November to February. It a good time with fresh air and cold weather. A highlight of sunshine scene is morning sun in the mist on Keb Tawan cliff. At the front of the cliff, travelers can see beautiful panorama view of evergreen landscapes at below.

Getting There :
The cliff located in the control of National Park Guard No.11, Wang Nam Khieo district, Nakhon Ratchasima province. This guard is a part of Thap Lan National Park office. It is far about 197 km.from Bangkok. There are available transportation to the cliff by bus and car.
By bus, from Bangkok getting on the bus to Krabin Buri district in Prachin Buri province, then using local bus(Krabin Buri - Nakhon Ratchasima) to the cliff.
By car, from Bangkok using highway No.305 and highway No.3049 to Srakaew province, driving along highway No.33 for 71 km. After that taking highway No.304 to the cliff at km.59.       
The cliff has only camping service, but travelers can stay at resorts and guesthouses near the cliff. It has various styles and prices.
